Colorbond Fence Replacement & Gate Installation in Carina, QLD
COMFYARD completed a Colorbond fencing replacement project, upgrading the existing boundary fencing with durable, low-maintenance Colorbond steel panels and matching gates.
The project involved the removal and disposal of the existing fence, installation of new Colorbond fence panels in Basalt with a Sawtooth profile, and installation of new single and double gates to provide practical access and a consistent appearance throughout the property.
To make effective use of the existing infrastructure, suitable galvanised steel posts were retained, extended where required, and prepared for painting. Additional new steel posts were installed where necessary to support the new fencing.

Scope of Works

Working with Existing Fence Posts
An important part of this project was incorporating suitable existing galvanised steel posts into the new fence installation. Rather than replacing every post, the works included extending and repainting existing posts where specified, helping make practical use of the existing structure.
New steel posts were installed in selected locations to accommodate the replacement fencing and support the overall installation.
