Strata Rooftop Aluminium Privacy Screens – Randwick
This commercial strata project involved the design and installation of a custom powder-coated aluminium privacy screen system on the rooftop of a residential apartment building in Randwick, NSW. Working at height and in a coastal environment required careful planning, engineered structural supports and strict safety procedures. The completed installation features premium aluminium slat screens, galvanised steel framing and seven custom access gates, providing a durable, attractive and low-maintenance solution that enhances privacy, improves rooftop aesthetics and maintains convenient access to building services.
Commercial Aluminium Slatted Balustrade - Kangaroo Point
This commercial hospitality project involved the replacement and installation ofcustom aluminium verticalslatted balustrade at City Star Lodge in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. Working in an occupied hotel with guests staying on site required careful planning, restricted access and reduced, flexible construction hours to minimise noise and disruption. The completed installation features custom-made aluminium panels, aluminium posts and handrails in a Shale Grey/Monument finish, providing a modern, durable and low-maintenance balustrade solution that enhances the hotel's outdoor areas while allowing the property to remain operational throughout the project.
Commercial Aluminium Screening - Kensington
This commercial project involved the design and installation of approximately 16 metres of custom horizontal aluminium slat screening around fire tanks for the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in Kensington, Sydney. The 3.5-metre-high screen required substantial steel posts, custom-built sections and careful installation around existing fire-service infrastructure. Finished in Pale Eucalyptus, the completed aluminium screening provides a clean, contemporary and durable enclosure that integrates the fire tanks into the surrounding landscaped environment
Townhouses WPC Fence - Matraville
This large-scale townhouse complex project involved the removal of an existing brush fence and installation of a new vertical WPC dividing fence across five blocks in Matraville, Sydney. The project included composite fence panels and aluminium posts, with numerous custom-width sections and fence heights of approximately 1,500mm and 1,800mm. The bottom sections were individually cut to follow the elevation of the land, creating a consistent and modern fencing system across the complex while accommodating the property's varying levels and boundaries.
