Custom Design and Installation

The project included:

  • Supply and installation of a 14,000 mm wide × 2,700 mm high composite cladding panel system.

  • Eight galvanised steel posts, each measuring 65 × 65 × 3,500 mm.

  • Three lines of steel beams between posts to support the installation.

  • Vertical WPC fluted cladding panels.

  • Custom-made Generation 2 vertical WPC panels assembled on site.

  • Dark grey or black finish, subject to final colour selection.

Project Overview

COMFYARD completed the supply and installation of a custom WPC vertical fluted cladding panel system in Thirlmere, New South Wales.

Spanning 14 metres in width and reaching 2.7 metres in height, the installation features a contemporary vertical slatted design that creates a clean, modern architectural appearance.

The project incorporated galvanised steel support posts, an engineered steel beam arrangement and custom-made Generation 2 vertical WPC fluted cladding panels. The system was assembled on site to suit the project requirements.
